I love guacamole with anything from raw veg to pittas or as a spread on wraps or sambos.
Avocados are full of healthy fats, potassium, folate, vitamin k and c! They are food wonders, delicious and nutritious, they will have your skin and brain glowing.
SERVES 4-6 AS A DIP
- 2 Ripe avocados
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 tsp of smoked paprika
- 1 birds eye chilli, chopped
- Pinch of pink salt
- 1 large tomato, chopped
Scoop the avocados from their skin and deseed, mash them with a fork until chunky, Mash in the lime juice, chilli, paprika, salt and tomato. Make sure the chillies and spices are mixed in well as you don't want to bite into big chunks of chilli.
Serve with whatever you fancy!
