Peanut Butter Chia Overnight Oats

Overnight oats are a lifesaver for a grab and go brekkie!

These peanut butter oats are super delicious and extremely easy to make. You just chuck everything together, pop in in the fridge and VOILA.

I sometimes make a big batch at the weekend and have them I few times a week. If i am in a rush, I just pop it in a jar to go and eat it a school!

Serves 1

  • 60g oats

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 150ml almond milk

  • 1 tbsp peanut butter

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

  • berries, peanut butter, coconut flakes etc., for topping

In a bowl, mix together all of the ingredients. Place the bowl in the fridge overnight (or for at least 2 hours). In the morning, top with your fave toppings and enjoy!
