Cashew "Parmesan" Cheese (Vegan)
This is the simplest and tastiest topping to so many meals. My cashew “parmesan” is cheesy, herby and so flavoursome, you are all gonna wanna give it a go!
Makes 1 medium jar:
200g raw, unsalted cashews
1 vegetable stock cube
3 tablespoons of nutritional yeast
1 tsp smoked paprika
Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend for a few second until a crumbly, coarse mixture is formed. Store in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 10 days.
