Peanut Butter Protein Balls

These are some of the best protein / bliss balls ever!

They are so tasty, filling, nourishing and moreish, the perfect pick-me-up school or work snack. They are epic crumbled on smoothie bowls too. You can make them as big or small as you want depending on how hungry you get.

Ingredients:

PB Protein Balls
  • 120g oats

  • 100g cashews

  • 30g vanilla protein (I use Vivo Life) (can sub extra oats)

  • 50g maple syrup

  • 150g Natural Peanut Butter

  • 2 tsp vanilla essence

Blend the dry ingredients together in a food processor until a flour is formed. Add in the rest of the ingredients and blend until a sticky mixture clumps together. Roll the mix into balls and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
