What sparked your interest in health?
Ever since I was child I wanted to be the world's strongest man, but I guess what I really wanted was to be the most healthiest I can be. Playing sport and eating healthy food was my focus early on and now it's evolved to what I am today.
A typical day on your plate?
I like to start my day with hot water then a few hours later have a bowl of porridge with fresh fruits and nut butter. For lunch, I love a buddha bowl - grains and mixed veg. For dinner, I'd like to keep it light and have a fresh green salad - the more greens, the better.
Your top five foods for better health?
BONUS: drink more water!
