Andy is such a big role-model to me. Her food always looks incredible and her words are positive and inspiring.

What sparked your interest in health?

I suffered from a number of health concerns and illnesses in my early 20's, and I was on a quest to feel better!

A typical day on your plate?

Nice Cream
  • My breakfasts are usually fruit-based, in either a smoothie, chia pudding or oats.
  • My lunch is usually a loaded salad or veggie-based dish.
  • For dinner I love curries, mexican or pasta!

 

Your top five foods for better health?

  1. Spirulina
  2. Maca powder
  3. Leafy greens
  4. Cacao powder
  5. Sweet potato

One food you could not live without?

Sweet potatoes.

About 5 days a week.
