What sparked your interest in health?
I suffered from a number of health concerns and illnesses in my early 20's, and I was on a quest to feel better!
A typical day on your plate?
- My breakfasts are usually fruit-based, in either a smoothie, chia pudding or oats.
- My lunch is usually a loaded salad or veggie-based dish.
- For dinner I love curries, mexican or pasta!

- Maca powder
- Leafy greens
- Cacao powder
- Sweet potato
