Chocolate Nice Cream
Chocolate ice cream for breakfast?! Yesssssssss.
The creamiest, most delicious, yet healthy brekkie bowl. It is so simple too. Smoothie bowls are the best (and most insta worthy) brekkie to make and they are ready in no time.
- 2 frozen bananas. chopped
- 1 tbsp nut or seed butter
- 50 ml almond milk
- 1 heaped tbsp carob or cacao powder
- 1 tbsp maple, 1 date or honey to sweeten extra (optional)
- Granola, fresh berries, coconut chips, cacao nibs, dark chocolate etc. to top
Blend together all the ingredients and top with your preferred toppings.
- Raw cacao powder if full of antioxidants, vitamins and magnesium.
