Summer is over and school is starting, its a depressing time for us all.
I have had such an amazing summer and really wish it could have kept on going. To distract you from all this sadness you should do/make/try at least one of these things, I promise they will make you, and your soul, that little bit happier.
I know, I know, sweet potato in a brownie? But trust me, don't knock it until you try it. Puree-ing together steamed sweet potato and dates creates the sweetest ,creamiest, most delicious mixture. They are delicious warm over ice cream, I could probably eat them all at once.
Right on the promenade on Bondi this cafe is a MUST DO while in Sydney. I tried it while at brunch with my friends Steph & Jemima and ordered an almond chai & the most amazing, fluffy GF & DF pancakes! The were like heaven, stacked high with banana, berries, nuts and a creamy cacao sauce. You can even add a scoop of vegan vanilla ice cream if you please. There were so many amazing options on the menu and I wished I could have been back to have more.
These shoes are comfy & stylish, perfect to wear anywhere.They are quite expensive but to me were worth it. You can dress them up with a cute dress or just wear them with some leggings or jeans. They come in different colours but I bought the mint green ones (they are beaut).
