Who doesn't love chocolate? I have just found out about this company and tried their chocolate and I am in love! Not only is it delicious, it's also healthy and is proven to lower your blood sugar levels instead of getting a sugar spike like other refined sugar sweets. Its also high in fibre and Vitamin E. A win - win!
I first bough a pack of these (Tamari Flavour) a few week ago, curious and interested, I tried them and was like 'wow, these are delicious'. Little did i know that they were even better for you than normal nuts?!? Activating the nuts makes them easier to digest and enhances the flavour. Full of protein, healthy fats and vitamins, these are the perfect snack. They came in three flavours; tamari almonds, himalayan almonds and maple walnuts!
One of the best books ever! That is a big statement for me to say. Its packed full of easy to understand nutrition, fitness and health information and recipes. This book gives me so much more knowledge about healthy and nutrition and I am able to understand it too! I highly recommend buying this book as you will learn so much and you will get some tasty recipes from it!
